Spence Correspondence Address :Physics Dept, Arizona State Univ., Tempe, AZ 85287, USA Abstract: A Transmission Convergent Beam Electron diffraction program which simulates the two-dimensional distribution of intensity in CBED disks. The program includes three-dimensional (HOLZ) diffraction for non-centrosymmetric crystals with absorption and inclined boundaries. It uses Bloch wave (matrix diagonalization for general complex matrix) method. A complete description, source code and test data are given in J. Elec. Micros. Tech., May, 1989 (Zuo et al). An application to GaAs can be found in Phys. Rev. Lett., Vol 61, P353 (1988).
