Read Me File for Image Library

Nearly all  of the Images in this Library are
stored as MacIntosh TIFF files.

You may read them all using the NIH Image Program
available in the MacShareWare / Imaging Subdirectory
of this Library  (go up a few levels) or using
any standard Image Processing Program like: 
	
	Adobe PhotoShop
	Duke Imaging
	MacLispix
	

The Files Names tend to be self explainatory.

SEM= Scanning Electron Microscope Images
TEM= Transmission Electron Microscope Images
STEM=Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy Images

EFilteredImages= Energy Filtered Images (all TEM/STEM)
ElectronDiffraction = Electron Diffraction Patterns (all TEM)

NJZ MSA Test = A round robin test image in various sizes and
	formats used by many people to compare the output of
	high resolution printers. This is a very large file
	do not download it if you are using a slow connection.
