The directory uploads is used to upload contributions to the MMSLIB.

This directory is writeable via FTP, however, it is not Readable.

If you submit a program to the library use FTP to upload your contribution to
this directory and then send an EMAIL message to:

	Zaluzec@MSA.MICROSCOPY.COM

informing me that a program has been uploaded to the directory.
Please insure that you fill out a copy of the following form to
allow us to classify and coordinate your contribution into the library.
You are requested to submit a brief ABSTRACT of your contribution
in the space provided.

This is a blank copy of the Header Block for your MMSLib Contribution.
Please fill out the Blanks after the Colon for each file you submit.

Remember for programs and/or subroutines you should submit a minimum of two files, 
an abstract (.ABS) file and a compressed file containing all of the relevant software: source 
code, libraries, executables and documentation (in stuffit, zip or .Z format depending upon 
your platform).  If you wish to only submit source code in text format, then three files are 
probably the most effective way,: Abstract (.ABS), Documentation(.Doc),and Source 
Code (.SRC).

Notes, Spectral Data, and General Information obviously donot require 
Source Code and only an Abstract and Documentation file need be submitted.
